Xplicit Kleans is a small enthusiastic exterior cleaning company based in the western suburbs of Brisbane that enjoys hard work and loves providing good old customer service.

What to expect once we receive your enquiry
Ronny (senior manager) of Xplicit Kleans will be in contact with a reply within 24 hours with any further questions or to arrange a site inspection for the job/jobs requested.
Once quote is given, a formalised quote will be sent ready for review, this quote will be valid for 5 days.
If the quote is accepted we will book in your job with 14 days of acceptance, if we can’t a 25% discount will be applied to the final invoice. *unless customer asks otherwise.
Continued customer communication will be adhered to so that we ensure the customer is kept up to date with the progress of the work.
After the job is completed we will send the invoice which is to be paid within 5 working days. After the payment is made an email will be sent out to the customer asking for feedback with a 10% rebooking discount on any jobs plus a further 5% for a customer referral.
